If you're a UK/EU consumer, you have a legal 14-day right to change your mind on your first purchase. Email us within 14 days of joining and we'll refund you — if you've used members content in that time, we may deduct a fair amount for the period used, as the law allows.
The same 14-day cooling-off applies from purchase. After 14 days, Lifetime payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Double-charged, paid but not unlocked, or anything odd — email hello@thealmondgirl.com with the email you paid with and we'll fix it or refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
